Privacy Policy

Effective October 30, 2026

The short version: the Gridpage app collects no data. There's no account, no ads and no tracking. Your streak and stats stay on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own iCloud, which we can't see. The website (not the app) uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies or tracking you across sites.

This policy covers the Gridpage app for iPhone and iPad ("Gridpage", "the app"), made by the Gridpage developer ("we", "us"), and this website.

Data not collected

Gridpage does not collect any data from the app. We don't receive your name, email, Apple Account, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers or how you use the app.

What stays on your device

The app saves what it needs to work, on your device: your puzzle progress, your streak, your stats and your settings. Deleting the app deletes what it saved on that device.

iCloud sync

To keep your streak and stats the same on your iPhone and iPad, Gridpage saves them in Apple's iCloud key-value storage in your own iCloud account. That data is stored by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; it isn't sent to us and we can't see it. If you aren't signed in to iCloud, everything stays on your device.

Purchases

Gridpage Pro is an optional one-time purchase through Apple's App Store. Apple handles the payment; we never see your name, card number or Apple Account. The app only checks with Apple whether Pro has been purchased. See Apple's privacy policy.

No account, no tracking, no ads

There is no sign-up or login.
We don't track you across apps or websites, and we don't use advertising identifiers.
There are no ads, and there never will be.
We don't sell, rent or share personal data, because the app doesn't collect it.

This website

The website (not the app) uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies or tracking you across sites. It shows us totals such as how many people opened a page and which site sent them, never who you are. The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which, like any web host, receives your IP address when your browser loads a page. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. This covers gridpageapp.com only: none of it is in the app.

Children

Gridpage is for a general audience. Because the app doesn't collect personal information, it doesn't collect any from children.

Changes to this policy

If the app ever starts handling data differently, we'll update this page and the date at the top before that version of the app is released.
